With the New Year just hours away now, we at LovingGodFellowship.org pray that you have a blessed 2011 and that God will open the windows of heaven and pour out all spiritual blessings to you. We thank God that you are part of the LGF worldwide family and look forward to continuing our relationship in the coming year.
As of the writing of this we are 96% away from reaching our 2010 fund raising goal. It would be a blessing if you could help us spread the word today to others. At the bottom of the page at http://wishes.causes.com/wishes/143183, you can share our need on facebook, twitter and email. All we need is 868 people donating $10 before midnight tonight to reach our goal. Together, we can do it!
All the best to you and your family,

When it comes down to being a provider of God's love, there is really only one provider, who sends us out with nothing at all and with everything we need: healing, forgiveness, restoration, resurrection. Those are the only things we really have to share with the world, which is just as well, since they are the only things the world really needs.

The Spirit immediately drove him out into the wilderness. He was in the wilderness forty days, tempted by Satan; and he was with the wild beasts; and the angels waited on him. - Mark 1:12-13

Simeon took him [Jesus] in his arms and praised God, saying: "Sovereign Lord, as you have promised, you now dismiss your servant in peace. For my eyes have seen your salvation, which you have prepared in the sight of all people, a light for revelation to the Gentiles and for glory to your people Israel." -- Luke 2:28-32

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. -- Isaiah 9:6

[The shepherds] hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby [Jesus], who was lying in the manger. When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, and all who heard it were amazed ... But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart. The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told. -- Luke 2:16-20

Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel, which means 'God is with us.' ~ Matt 1:23, NLT

In the Old Testament, the prophet Isaiah foretold the birth of the Messiah, Jesus Christ. (Isaiah 9:6 NIV) "For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." Oh how I praise God that He had a plan of redemption for man. Even before the foundations of the earth, God knew we would need Jesus Christ.
The word of God tells us (John 1:1-5 NIV) "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. {2} He was with God in the beginning. {3} Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. {4} In him was life, and that life was the light of men. {5} The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it." God wrapped flesh around the word and sent him to earth as a new born babe. They called him Jesus because he will save his people from their sins.
If God cared enough about us to send his one and only son to earth to die for our sins, why don’t we, instead of spending countless time, effort and money on things that are temporal, spend countless time, effort and money on the real reason for the season, Jesus Christ? Take time to pray, read the Word, pray for someone in need and by all means be sure that when people look at you they see the love of Jesus Christ shining through your life. Jesus is the real reason for the season.
This month it has been five years since Greg and I founded Loving God Fellowship (LGF) in December 2005. We are currently ministering to 8,968 people around the world per day. Last month, Bible messages were listened to 5,964 times through Internet technology. We thank God for all those who send in monthly support that allows us to minister the love of Christ to people all around the world.
As you plan your end of year giving, please know for each ten dollars donated, we can reach 60 people per day with the Gospel and love of Jesus Christ. By law, all contributions given for tax credit in the year 2010 will need to be received by midnight on December 31, 2010. Mailed in donations will need to be postmarked no later than December 31, 2010. All donations are tax deductible.
Please keep me, my family and the worldwide ministry of LGF in your prayers as we keep you in ours.

One of Satan’s greatest tactics that he uses against us is distractions. If he can keep us distracted, he will keep us from fulfilling our purpose and our mission here on earth. We must recognize this tactic and overcome it.

But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, ... But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord. -- Joshua 24:15

As for man, his days are like grass, he flourishes like a flower of the field; the wind blows over it and it is gone, and its place remembers it no more. But from everlasting to everlasting the Lord's love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children's children-- with those who keep his covenant and remember to obey his precepts. Psalm 103:15-18, New International Version

Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For everything in the world - the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does - comes not from the Father but from the world. -- 1 John 2:15-16

In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the universe. -- Hebrews 1:1-2

As I was returning to earth, I realized that I was a servant - not a celebrity. So I am here as God's servant on planet Earth to share what I have experienced that others might know the glory of God.

The day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be laid bare. Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives.

My dear friends, don't believe everything you hear. Carefully weigh and examine what people tell you. Not everyone who talks about God comes from God. There are a lot of lying preachers loose in the world. Here's how you test for the genuine Spirit of God. Everyone who confesses openly his faith in Jesus Christ -- the Son of God, who came as an actual flesh-and-blood person -- comes from God and belongs to God. And everyone who refuses to confess faith in Jesus has nothing in common with God. This is the spirit of antichrist that you heard was coming. Well, here it is, sooner than we thought!

Whatever God has promised gets stamped with the Yes of Jesus. In him, this is what we preach and pray, the great Amen, God’s Yes and our Yes together, gloriously evident. God affirms us, making us a sure thing in Christ, putting his Yes within us. By his Spirit he has stamped us with his eternal pledge -- a sure beginning of what he is destined to complete.
