Come now, let us argue it out,
says the Lord:
though your sins are scarlet,
they shall be like snow;
though they are red like crimson,
they shall become like wool. 

As a father shows compassion to his children, so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him (ESV).

If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him! ESV

I will praise you forever, O God, for what you have done. I will trust in your good name in the presence of your faithful people (NLT).

...let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him...   

He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection (NLT).

Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!

Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere (NLT).

Wise choices will watch over you. Understanding will keep you safe (NLT).
